As President/CEO of The Miami-Dade Beacon Council, Michael Finney champions job creation and economic development for Miami-Dade County. Marketing Miami as a world-class business destination, he works closely with both private and public sector community leaders to attract and retain businesses, investments, and the workforce needed to expand a growing and dynamic economy.
Prior to his current role, Mike served Michigan Governor Rick Snyder as Senior Advisor for Economic Growth, and President/CEO of the Michigan Economic Development Corporation (MEDC). He also served as President/CEO of Ann Arbor SPARK; President/CEO of Greater Rochester Enterprise, Rochester, New York; Vice President, Emerging Business Sectors, MEDC; Senior Vice President/General Manager, Thomson Saginaw Ball Screw Company; and Assistant City Manager, Saginaw, Michigan.
Finney holds a Master of Arts in Human Resources from Central Michigan University and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Saginaw Valley State University.
Founder Tweedl & Former CFO of Combs Enterprises
Prior to founding Tweedl, Tony was the CFO of Combs Enterprises. As Chief Financial Officer, Anthony (Tony) Abrahams oversaw all financial activities of the various operating companies and investments built and cultivated by Sean “Diddy” Combs, as well as the personal business and financial matters for Mr. Combs. He also helped to identify and pursue strategic investments that expand the reach and influence that Mr. Combs has on entertainment, media, fashion, spirits, culture and other sectors.
Tony also has experience in providing independent strategic, transactional and financial consulting services and solutions to private equity firms. He previously worked as the CFO and Partner for New Venture Partners LLC, a venture capital firm that establishes close, long-term relationships with global technology corporations to commercialize innovations through spin-out ventures. And, prior to that, Tony worked as an executive in the Corporate Finance group at Ernest & Young, LLP, where he focused on providing M&A and private capital sourcing services to the technology, communications, and healthcare/managed care industries for venture-backed and owner-managed businesses.

As founder of Reign Venture Capital, Monique focuses on women and minority-led startups. Prior to that she served as CEO to Mosley Brands and Mosley Music Group, home to a multi-platinum roster of artists, including iconic producer Timbaland, One Republic, Nelly Furtado, and others.
She is very passionate about mentoring women and young people to achieve their aspirations which has extended her work in founding the non-profit Always Believing, and her role as a National Trustee of Boys and Girls Club.
